The IPM product line is the company’s key research and development direction, aiming to promote the development and industrialization of high-performance power semiconductor devices to meet the market demand for high-efficiency and high-reliability products. The conference showed the development and industrialization of IPM products, including mass production of IPM application solutions and new products in research and development.

IPM series new products adopt 500V / 600V FRMOSFET or IGBT three-phase inverter topology optimized for motor drive, integrated high voltage gate drive circuit and boot-up diode, with undervoltage protection, OTP and OCP functions, suitable for 3.3/5V logic, Schmidt trigger pulse input, Insulation levels up to 1500Vrms and above, and support a wide range of control algorithms. The package is in a compact full envelope or DBC construction for driving brushless direct current motors (BLDC/PMSM), such as fan motors in household appliances, pump motors, refrigerator compressor motors, etc., to provide a full-featured, high-performance, high-reliability electronic control output. The company has achieved mass production on DIP/SOP23 packaging products, and is actively developing new packaging products such as DIP25, DIP26A/D and DIP24. The promotion of IPM project will enhance the company’s R & D and innovation capabilities, optimize product structure, and enhance market competitiveness.
